Bennetts Karate Board Breaking Seminar

Bennetts Karate will be hosting a board breaking event Saturday July 24th at the Lehigh Park in Erie, CO.  During the seminar we will cover how to break boards, and various options for board breaking.  Uechi Ryu breaking or tameshiwari in Japanese, is used in demonstrations to show the applications and power of karate techniques.

Location - Lehigh Park Athletic Field in Erie.

Saturday July 24th, 2021

  • 1:30 - 2:30 pm

  • Available for all ages 4 yrs +

  • Free and available for all dojo members

You can bring chairs to watch and hang out in, but we will also bring a cooler of drinks and have some tables and chairs set up.  Bring sunscreen!

It might be hot out, so you can wear your karate t-shirt instead of your uniform top.

Students can also bring their own boards to break - boards should be cut 10 - 12'' x 12''
