Kyoshi Allen Bennett, 7th degree black belt, his family, and instructors have been teaching the karate classes at the Carbon Valley Recreation Center since 2001. This is a structured class promoting self defense, coordination, balance, and self control for all ages and skill levels. We encourage families to sign up together and make your karate class a family event.

Sensei Bill is our first black belt at the Carbon Valley Rec Center, and has been running the Frederick karate classes since 2009.
