Karate - Advanced Class

This class is intended for adult students (13 years+), and students at the brown belt and black belt level. Students and black belts focus on conditioning and look at the in-depth philosophy of karate-do. This is a fast paced highly structured class dealing with high level drills and exercises, technique, and application. Adult students must complete an introductory course before entering this class, and all other students below black belt must have permission from the instructor to participate in the advanced class.
